5 Star Rewards Program Disclaimer

5 Star Ride Co. LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the 5 Star Rewards Program, including point-earning rates, redemption values, tier qualifications, benefits, promotions, and program rules, at any time with reasonable notice when practicable. Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be redeemed only toward eligible future ride fares. Points remain active as long as the member completes at least one eligible paid ride during each consecutive 24-month period; points may expire after 24 months of account inactivity. Points may be corrected or reversed for refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, errors, fraud, misuse, or violations of program terms. Tier benefits, priority scheduling, promotions, upgrades, and ride availability are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Participation in 5 Star Rewards constitutes acceptance of the current Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
